How to Set up a Mailer Box

Step 1: Fold both middle flaps up at a 90 degree angle.

Step 2: With both middle flaps at a 90 degree angle, fold the adjacent sides where the box creases.

Step 3: Fold the the adjacent sides until they are at at 90 degree angle. Both middle flaps should be overlapping now.

Step 4: Fold the two end flaps up at the crease.

Step 5: Fold until the end flaps are at a 90 degree angle.

Step 6: Fold the center section, between the two end flaps towards the section of the box you set up in steps 1-3.

Step 7: Fold both flaps on the on the width of the box towards the inside of your mailer box.

Step 8: Continue folding towards the inside of the box

Step 9: Both width flaps should now be pushed all the way to the adjacent sides of the inside of the mailer box.

Step 10: Fold the top of the box over until it covers the opening of the box.

Step 11: Once the opening of the box is covered fold the last section where the box creases, between the two rounded flaps, at a 90 degree angle.

Step 12: Once the last section is at a 90 degree angle, fold the last two rounded flaps down, and tuck them in the two slots at the front of the box.

Step 13: Firmly push the two rounded flaps into the slots at the front of the box to securely close it.

Step 14: Your mailer box should now be set up and ready for shipping!
